Those 2 options you mention are Actions, not the Motion Capture section that has "Movie Capture" make sure the checkbox is checked.
Type: I use a "separate movie per event"
with capture rate of 10 frames per second
Pre-capture of 10 seconds, and post-capture of 15 seconds
Also double-check if a schedule is set at the bottom of the "Motion Capture" section - or "Armed all the time" If something other than Armed all the Time is set as a schedule, then go to the Schedules section of the app settings to see when that schedule would be active.
These options need to be set per camera. -
The above advice from Brian is good. The main thing is to make sure that motion-capture mode is Armed — see the Getting Started section of the user manual for more information on this.
